Join him on Saturday 26th September 2026 for an interactive event that includes readings, puzzles and a Q&A, as well as an exclusive book signing. Tickets for this event include a copy of Murder at the Mansion.

We're proud to unveil the fabulous Activity Packs – perfect and just in time for the summer holidays.

They're free to download and full of puzzles, brain teasers and activities inspired by Paul's murder puzzle mysteries and Rudy series.

Paul celebrated World Book Day with the fantastic staff, teachers and children at Waterstones Croydon. Classes from twelve schools came along for a crash course in puzzle-solving and finding clues as they were introduced to the murder puzzle mystery series.

Paul Westmoreland has been a professional writer for over 25 years, and has published ten children’s books in eight languages. These include six titles in the Rudy series, published by Oxford University Press, and four interactive murder puzzle mystery books for Puffin.

 

Rudy the Wolf Cub was nominated for the Alligator’s Mouth Award in 2022, and Rudy and the Skate Stars was named Children’s Book of the Week by The Times in July 2023. A Killing at the Box Office was reviewed by The Daily Mail. 

 

Paul is also an occasional columnist for the Guardian.
